You can also flexibly upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscriptions anytime without any contractual obligations. Suitable when you need support occasionally.
Projects
Suitable when you have a project with a defined scope and timeline. With projects, you know what needs to be implemented, by when and with what cost. When a project is done, you can decide to finish the collaboration, or extend it with further support with a subscription.

Frequently asked questions
You pay a monthly fee and get a guaranteed dedicated effort. You can use those effort days throughout the month as you need, in a row or separate when you need help. We will transparently communicate to you, how much effort each of your requests will take.
For the work requested, you will get an estimation. The estimation is the amount of effort needed to perform your requested change e.g. Setting up a SQL Server database will take up 1 effort day. See the effort catalog for further examples...
You can add more days to your monthly subscription effort. Each package defines how many days you can add. These additional days are charged in addition to your subscription fee. If you need further days than your package allows, this can be negotiated.
The unused effort days cannot be transferred to the next month.
